Build Rose, our AI agent for OpenTelemetry instrumentation, and own the open source agent skills that give coding agents accurate OpenTelemetry knowledge.

#### What We’re Looking For

- Senior engineering experience, including an LLM agent or AI-assisted product you shipped to production and kept running
- Strong TypeScript and backend skills: APIs, webhooks, durable workflows, and Postgres
- Evidence that you measured LLM quality with evals, golden sets, or production signals, and changed course based on the results
- Comfort reading and safely changing code in languages you don’t write every day
- Clear writing and an async-first way of working: design docs, PR descriptions, and summaries
- Based in Europe or Latin America

#### What You’ll Do

- Build Rose features from spec to production, starting with GitLab support and a flow that turns findings from our telemetry analysis into fixes across a customer’s repositories
- Make agent runs reliable: structured output, retries, long-running sandbox jobs, and stable findings from one run to the next
- Build the evaluations that tell us whether a prompt or model change made Rose better, and what it cost
- Engineer context for agents that review and change Go, Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Python, and .NET code
- Maintain our open source agent skills: keep them current with each OpenTelemetry release, review community contributions, and require evals showing that each change helps agents
- Work with customer engineers when a delivery needs it, together with our Customer Success team

#### Bonus Points

- Experience instrumenting services with OpenTelemetry, or working on observability tooling
- Experience maintaining an open source project, especially in the OpenTelemetry ecosystem
- Experience writing agent skills, plugins, or MCP servers for coding agents
- GitHub App or GitLab integrations, sandboxed code execution, Cloudflare Workers, or Bun
- Enthusiasm for sharing your work in public, from blog posts to conference talks

Build OllyGarden’s first enterprise sales motion, personally source and close technical deals, and turn what works into a repeatable playbook.

#### What We’re Looking For

- A quantified record of personally sourcing and closing complex B2B infrastructure or developer-tool deals
- Credibility with observability, SRE, platform, and engineering buyers
- Experience building pipeline without depending on a mature SDR, marketing, or RevOps organization
- US-based, with practical access to buyers and relevant observability and infrastructure communities

#### What You’ll Do

- Own prospecting, discovery, technical evaluations, proof-of-value conversion, negotiation, procurement, and closing
- Refine our ICP, messaging, qualification criteria, forecasting, and objection handling with the founders
- Build the lightweight systems and operating rhythm that future sellers can reuse
- Hand closed customers cleanly to Customer Success while engineering owns deep technical implementation

#### Bonus Points

- OpenTelemetry® familiarity and an existing network among observability or infrastructure buyers
- Experience working directly with a technical founder

Keep OllyGarden’s operations running: scheduling, finance operations, company events, and paperwork, working closely with our CEO and alongside AI agents.

#### What We’re Looking For

- Experience as an executive assistant or in operations at a startup or small company, without a large admin team behind you
- Fluent English and Brazilian Portuguese, required for regular communication with Portuguese-speaking customers, partners, and team members in Brazil
- Availability during agreed Central European working hours, with some regular afternoon overlap with the Americas
- Hands-on use of startup finance tools (Mercury, Brex, Expensify, Remote.com, or similar) and corporate travel tools (Navan or similar)
- Comfort working inside an AI-assisted workflow: you act on the drafts and queues agents prepare instead of redoing them by hand
- Discretion with confidential information, including compensation, investor, and legal matters

#### What You’ll Do

- Coordinate scheduling across time zones for company meetings, customer calls, and the CEO’s calendar, resolving conflicts and protecting focus time
- Organize team offsites, conferences, and community events, including travel, sponsor and speaker paperwork, attendee lists, venues, and restaurant bookings
- Run finance operations: match receipts to expenses, schedule contractor payments, chase failed vendor payments, and prepare document handoffs to our accountants
- Coordinate legal, board, and investor logistics: collect signatures and documents, track deadlines with counsel, and prepare materials for investor updates
- Send and follow up on what the team and our AI agents have prepared, and keep HubSpot and Linear current
- Answer or route administrative email and requests, closing the long tail of small tasks that keep a company running

#### Bonus Points

- German language skills
- Experience with HubSpot and Linear
- Experience working closely with a founder or a small leadership team
- A background in event or conference logistics
